To find the right size, you will need to measure:
The width of your horse's hoof: Measure across the widest part of the bottom of your horse's hoof.
The pastern circumference: Measure around the pastern, which is just above the hoof and below the fetlock.
Hoof height: Measure up from the back of the hoof. The bottom of the boot should barely touch the ground in the back, while the top should land on the pastern well below the fetlock.
Once you have these measurements, refer to the size guide.
Notes:
Size medium fits most average-sized horses.
Velcro straps aid in adjustability.
Should be sized so that the bottom back rim of the boot barely touches the ground when the horse is standing on a level surface.
Because of the NO-TURN knob, these boots should have no overlap when applying them to the hoof.
The fit should be snug, but not too tight. You should be able to fit one or two fingers between the top rim of the boot and the pastern.
