General Shipping Information
At Corro, we are dedicated to bringing you transparent pricing and a seamless shipping experience. We offer free Ground Shipping for all orders over $100 in the contiguous states.
Orders under $150 will ship for $9.99 to the lower 48. In order to bring you as many horse care and barn essentials that you may need, we offer large/heavy sizes that cost more to ship than our average order. Some of those products may require an additional fee to help us cover the cost to get you these larger items. They will be illustrated on the product pages for full transparency, as well as at checkout.
Our warehouse team fulfills orders Monday-Friday, and we guarantee delivery within 5 business days of shipment. Orders placed before 3 pm CT will ship out on the same day, orders placed after 3pm CT will ship the following day.
Expedited Shipping
Need your order faster? No problem! We offer 2-day delivery for a flat fee of $29.99. If you need your order the next day, please reach out to us at hello@corroshop.com for a shipping quote.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
We love horses (and horse owners) in Alaska and Hawaii, and offer $29.99 flat rate economy shipping. Feel free to e-mail us anytime at hello@corroshop.com to get more details on our shipping capabilities.
Can I track my order's status?
Once you place an order, we will send e-mail updates every step of the way from confirmation to delivery. You will receive an e-mail with tracking details as soon as your order ships. The email will have your order details and a link to easily track your package
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use many major carriers and local courier partners. We use technology to determine the best carrier for delivering to your home within our shipping guarantee. You will see in the email with tracking details which carrier is used for your order.
What if I need to cancel or make changes to my order?
We get it, mistakes happen! We recommend reaching out as soon as you know you need to cancel or make changes to your order. Once an order has been fulfilled, we will be unable to make any changes or cancellations, but we will always do our best to help you out.
