Does Corro sell only to individual riders?
Nope. While we’re here for every horse lover, barns, trainers, and businesses can also shop with us. For bigger programs, we even offer a concierge service to make life easier.
Can I buy items in bulk or wholesale?
Yes, just reach out. We can set you up with bulk or recurring orders.
Do you offer bundles or subscriptions?
We do! From monthly horse care kits (like Cavali Club which is our membership site) to product bundles and a Loyalty Program - so you can keep essentials stocked without the hassle, at the lowest price.
Are gift cards available?
Absolutely, you can find gift cards here.

Does Corro have an affiliate program?
Yes! Bloggers, influencers, and equestrian universities have chosen to partner with us. Read more about it here.
Does Corro have a collegiate program?
Yes! Corro partners with Colleges and Universities that have riding teams and clubs through our IHSA x Corro University Program. Teams can sign up to earn commissions and compete for prizes like a $5,000 Corro shopping spree.
Is there a loyalty or rewards program?
Yep, repeat customers get rewarded and you can sign up here.
Are gift cards available?

Does Corro sponsor events or partner with barns?
Yes, we actively support equestrian events and partnerships nationwide. If you are interested in a partnership, please contact us.
Does Corro work with barns and stables for recurring orders?
Yes, we have autoship options for recurring orders and also a Concierge Program which will reward you with more and paying less.
Orders, Shipping & Delivery
What is the delivery time?
We pack and ship orders Monday–Friday. Most orders ship within 24 hours, and delivery is typically within 5 business days.
Do you offer expedited or same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery Monday-Friday within a 15 mile radius of area code 33414, if orders are placed before 2pm EST. Expedited 2-day delivery for a flat fee of $29.99.
Can I pick up an order in person?
Yes, if you’re near Wellington Florida, you are welcome to our shop to pick it up.
Do you sell outside the U.S.?
No, we only ship to the US.
Returns & Exchanges
How does the return process work?
We have a few items which are non-refundable due to safety and quality reasons:
- All products from Performance Stall Mats are non-refundable.
- Helmets and safety vests and customized items are not eligible for return.
- Ulcergard and wormers cannot be returned due to FDA regulation.
- Supplements and treats can only be returned if they are in their original, unopened condition.
- All other items can be returned if they are clean, unused, and in their original packaging.
Can I return in-store purchases online (and vice versa)?
Yes, you can. To start the return process, please send an email at hello@corroshop.com.
Do I get a refund or store credit?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if items are unused and in original packaging. Choose between a cash refund, exchange, or store credit (no expiry). A $14.99 shipping fee applies unless you take store credit or exchange.
Do you sell outside the U.S.?
No, we only ship to the US.
Product Information
How does Corro ensure product quality?
We hand-select everything ranging from supplements, medicines, and fly sprays - then we test it. Either on our own horses or our team riders.
Do you sell refurbished or clearance items?
We do not offer refurbished or consignment items at this time, but keep an eye on our sale collection for discontinued items on clearance.
Do products come with manufacturer warranties?
Warranties and guarantees vary by brand. Corro guarantees that items will arrive undamaged and in good condition. If you are unsatisfied with your product upon delivery, please reach out to our customer service department at hello@corroshop.com
Are your medicines FDA/Green Book listed?
Yes, all prescription drugs are FDA approved. All the Over-The-Counter medicines comply with FDA Center for Veterinary Medicine (CVM) labeling requirements.
