- General Shipping Information
For a limited time we are offering free Ground Shipping for all orders over $75 (normally $99) in the contiguous states, and we're super excited to share all our favorite brands with you. Orders under $75 will ship for $7.95 to the lower 48 no matter their size, shape, or weight. Our warehouse team fulfills orders Monday-Friday, and we guarantee delivery within 5 business days of shipment. Orders placed before 1pm ET will ship out on the same day, orders placed after 1pm on Friday will ship the following Monday.
- Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
We love horses (and horse owners) in Alaska and Hawaii but do require a higher shipping fee to these areas from our warehouse. To get a shipping quote or place an order, please e-mail us anytime at [email protected], or call us between 9am-6pm EST at 866-962-6776.
- Can I track my order's status?
Once you place an order, we will send e-mail updates every step of the way from confirmation to delivery. You will receive an e-mail with tracking details as soon as your order ships. The email will have your order details and a link to easily track your package.
- What shipping carriers do you use?
We use many major carriers and local courier partners. We use technology to determine the best carrier for delivering to your home within our shipping guarantee.
- What if I need to Cancel or Make Changes to my Order?
We get it! Mistakes happen! We recommend reaching out as soon as you know you need to cancel or make changes to your order. Once an order has been fulfilled, we will be unable to make any changes or cancellations, but we will always do our best to help you out.
- Will you match a competitor's price?
We are really excited about all the products on our website and make sure to offer you the best prices out there. If you see a better price on a specific item anywhere else, let us know!
- I never received my package.
Oh no! As soon as we know you didn't receive an item we can complete the proper investigations and make sure to fix your order ASAP. Contact us as soon as there is an issue so we can get to work fixing it.
- Do I pay Sales Tax?
Sales tax laws are constantly changing and we continuously update our website to reflect sales tax policies in each state and local area. You can always check your state's tax rate at checkout once you enter your address.
- When will the payment be charged from my debit/credit card?
Credit and Debit cards will be pre-authorized when you place your order, and your card will be charged when we ship your order.
- How secured is your website?
We use the most trusted technology partners in an ongoing effort to ensure we provide you with a reliable and secure shopping experience.
- Is it a problem if my debit/credit card info doesn't match the shipping address?
Shipping to a Stable in Connecticut or your Home on the Range? You can easily fill out separate billing and shipping addresses while placing your order. Just make sure your billing address matches the address associated with your card.
- How do I make a Return?
We are always happy to take items back in new or unused condition in all original packaging within 30 days of delivery for full credit. You have the option to make an exchange, take a store credit (that never expires), or take refund to your original form of payment.
If your return has been used, or is out of its original packaging, please contact us.
- How do I ship back an item?
A return label will be generated for you after you initiate a return through Corro Returns & Exchanges. The shipping label will have all the information our warehouse needs in order to process your return, so there is no need to include any additional information. There is a $7.95 fee for the return shipping label that is deducted from refunds, and the fee is waived for exchanges and store credits. If you would like to send back your return on your own, please let us know and we will provide you with a number to attach to your package to ensure your return is processed without delay.
- Have a Return that is Used or is Past 30 Days?
If you have an item and don't want to return it straight away, but down the road realize that it isn't up to your satisfaction, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
- What is Autoship?
Our goal is to make caring for your horse easy and uncomplicated. We are happy to now offer Autoship subscriptions: automatic, discounted, scheduled deliveries of your favorite supplements, sprays, bathing supplies, liniments, and even treats when you need them most -- so you never run out.
- How do I know if an item is eligible for Autoship?
All items eligible for automatic shipments will have a box you can check that says "Subscribe and Save!" right above the "Add to Cart" button!
- How do I place an Autoship order?
To place an order for an Autoship eligible item, simply check the box that says "Subscribe and Save" before you add the item to your cart. You'll be prompted to choose the frequency in which you'd like to receive the item from a drop-down menu. Your first delivery will arrive in around 5 business days, and your schedule will be based off of when you placed your first order.
- How do I know my delivery is on its way?
You will be sent a reminder about your order three days before your order is fulfilled by our warehouse, giving you enough time to make any necessary, last-minute changes. Once shipped, you will receive delivery notifications every step of the way.
- How can I manage my Autoship Subscription?
You can make changes to your Autoship Subscription at any time, either by accessing your account on our site, or by contacting us. Our system doesn't automatically activate an account for you when you place your first Autoship order, so you will have to activate your account before you can log in.
- How can I pay for Autoship?
We accept all major Credit Cards as payment for Autoship orders. Currently, we cannot accept PayPal, Gift Cards, or use Afterpay for Autoship Subscription Orders.
- What if I want to cancel my Autoship subscription?
You can cancel your Autoship subscription at any time without penalty by accessing your account on our site, or by contacting us. Our system doesn't automatically activate an account for you when you place your first Autoship order, so you will have to activate your account before you can log in.
- When am I charged for my Autoship order?
We will charge your card on file when your order sent for fulfillment at our warehouse. You can always update payment and shipping information from your Corro account.
- Do I pay shipping for my Autoship order?
Autoship deliveries qualify for any promotional shipping offers at the time of fulfillment. Currently, all orders over $75 ship for free, and all other orders will be ship at the flat rate of $7.95 no matter their size or shape.
- Are you going to get more items that are out of stock?
We continue to work with our internal teams and supplier partners to secure enough inventory to meet your needs. We hate to disappoint you, so if you see any of your favorite products are out-of-stock, we are definitely hard at work getting more as fast as possible. We recommend signing up for back-in-stock notifications in order to be instantly notified when we receive more inventory!
