Description
G-Force Horse Compression Boot
The easiest far-infrared compression boot infused with copper, germanium, and other bioceramics to increase circulation and reduce inflammation while keeping cool.

When to use:
Horse owners can use these advanced equine compression socks even in heat to mitigate edema and inflammation. Use them before events to increase circulation and tighten legs. Use after work to XLR8 recovery. Use in the trailer or stall for stocking up and wind puffs, or apply socks to certain injuries to increase blood flow and speed healing.
Copper, Germanium, and other ceramics combine with compression for a powerful recovery aide.
The bioceramic component in the G-Force Boot is a proprietary blend of Germanium, COPPER, and other ceramics designed to stimulate microcirculation and cellular function without holding heat.
The Copper helps reduce microbial loads, which means the G-Force boot can be confidently used over mild lacerations to promote healing and reduce heat and inflammation.
Pain Relief
Ceramics such as those used in G-Force socks have been shown in human studies to reduce chronic pain and muscle fatigue.
"Regular use of garments impregnated with a bioceramic solution (1%) can be beneficial in reducing pain and the impact of FM for patients. The low cost and comfort of the clothing make the therapy easy to be applied as a complementary tool in the treatment of Fibromyalgia." (1)
Arthritis
Research conducted in rabbits showed that application of socks with bioceramics reduces joint swelling and helps delay the onset of joint damage due to arthritis when worn for longer periods of time:
Arthritis study:
“Ceramic materials with biological effects (bioceramic) have been found to modulate various biological effects, especially those effects involved in antioxidant activity and hydrogen peroxide scavenging. As arthropathy and osteopathy are the major chronic diseases of geriatric medicine, we explored the possible activity of bioceramic on these conditions using animal and cell models. Rabbits received intra-articular injections of lipopolysaccharides (LPS) to induce inflammation that mimic rheumatic arthritis. FDG isotopes were then IV injected for PET scan examinations at 16 hours and 7 days after the LPS injection.
We examined and compared the bioceramic and control groups to see if bioceramic was capable of relieving inflammation in the joints by subtracting the final and initial uptake amount of FDG (max SUV). We studied the effects in prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) inhibition on the human chondrosarcoma (SW1353) cell line, and the effects on the murine osteoblast (MC3T3-E1) cell line under oxidative stress.
All the subtractions between final and initial uptakes of FDG in the left knee joints of the rabbits after LPS injection indicated larger decreases in the bioceramic group than in the control group. This anti-arthritic or inflammatory effect was also demonstrated by the PGE2 inhibition of the SW1353 cells. We further proved that bioceramic treatment of the MC3T3-E1 cells resulted in increased viability of osteoblast cells challenged with hydrogen peroxide toxicity, and increased alkaline phosphatase activity and the total protein production of MC3T3-E1 cells under oxidative stress. Since LPS-induced arthritis is an experimental model that mimics RA, the potential therapeutic effects of bioceramic on arthropathy merit discussion. Bioceramic may contribute to relieving inflammatory arthritis and maintaining bone health.” (2)
Blood Flow
With XLR8 G-Force, circulation is increased to the horse's legs. This aids in speeding recovery between events or work sessions. It can also greatly enhance performance by ensuring your horse's tissues receive enough oxygenated blood throughout his entire lower limbs.

Directions for Use:
Your XLR8 horse compression sock should be placed on the horse's leg high above the knee or hock with the zipper facing the front. Then insert the zipper and zip it down a few inches. After that, fasten the top band to keep it in place while you zip it the rest of the way.
Make sure the protective backing is smooth behind the zipper. Then you place the zipper pull up and secure it with the hook and loop closure at the bottom. Check the tension of the top band and readjust if needed; that is it!
How long can G-Force boots be worn?
Your horse can wear XLR8 horse compression socks for several hours at a time, as needed for increased blood flow.
Confinement in the trailer or stall can cause windpuffs and stocking up. Use G-Force boots over a traditional compression sock to help horses arrive fresh and ready to work. Care should be taken, however in using any equipment overnight.
Ceramic Compounds
A variety of ceramic compounds with powerful qualities are used to make our horse compression socks, which helps speed the recovery process.
- Copper, which has been proven to promote circulation, strengthen blood vessels, and increase stimulation. This improves the horse's overall performance. Copper also neutralizes free radicals in horse legs that can cause pain or inflammation and has a wonderful antimicrobial effect.
- Germanium is a semiconductor material that can increase blood and oxygen flow—building that into our horse compression socks and everything else for maximum performance and recovery time.
Stimulate Faster lymphatic fluid drainage
Compression helps your horse's legs by stimulating the lymphatic fluid to flow faster and remove toxins, which can help a horse recover from leg injuries.
Maintaining Legs in Confinement
Horses are made to move constantly. Circulation and lymphatic drainage depend on movement of the legs for adequate circulation and lymphatic drain. We can help prevent fluid from pooling in the lower limbs with compression. Much the same way human medicine uses compression socks to ease muscle fatigue and reduce swelling, extra fluid, and lactic acid after a few hours, G-force Boots can also reduce lymph fluids and inflammation in the horses legs.
Other issues, such as lymphedema, lymphangitis, and cellulitis can also be effectively managed with compression.

When you need more for an equine leg injury
There are times that your horse's injury needs more than the G-Force, then it is time for our cold therapy XLR8 Cryo Boots for ice therapy. They combine the same far-infrared bioceramics and horse compression socks with cold therapy. It is a great idea to have both on hand for recovery and any unforeseen injury.
