Adeptus Persevere Electrolytes Supplement replenishes electrolytes lost through sweat in hot weather and during strenuous exercise, and it encourages water consumption to help keep your horse happy and hydrated. This supplement powder contains a unique, scientific formula that replaces electrolytes in the same ratio and amount that your horse loses them. Since some electrolyte supplements can cause digestive irritation in horses, Adeptus Preserve not only contains very little sugar, but it includes a yeast base to soothe the digestive tract for easier absorption.

Electrolytes should ideally be fed 2 – 3 hours prior to exertion. Horses must have access to water after feeding electrolytes. For heavy sweat conditions, feed 2 oz. (2 scoops) prior to exertion. When excessive sweat is lost, 1 -2 oz. (1 – 2 scoops) can also be fed after exertion. For average sweat conditions, 1 oz. per day can be added to the diet. During cooler weather, this product may be used at ½ oz. daily (1/2 – 1 scoop) to encourage water consumption. Based on average 1100lb. horse, may be adjusted accordingly.
