When the foundation is unstable, the body begins to tense and compensate. On the contrary, when the foot feels secure and supported, the body can organize itself more efficiently. The joints can move more freely. The leg can become quieter. The rider can focus on communication rather than compensation.

That realization became the foundation of RYDE Equestrian.
