Description

The Myler Full Cheek with Hooks and a Comfort Snaffle with a Copper Roller (MB 03, Level 1) features a traditional full cheek style with rein and bridle attachment hooks on the fixed rings to provide the rider more precise control options. The Comfort Snaffle mouthpiece includes a copper roller in the center and applies enough correctional tongue pressure for a horse just learning the basics, but with a kinder pressure distribution than a classic three-piece.

Key Benefits

  • Level Up: Myler's unique "level" system means there's a bit for your horse no matter their training. Level 1 offers the most control and the least amount of tongue relief. Ideal for a young or inexperienced horse.
  • The Basics: Stainless-Steel 6" cheeks with 2 1/4" rounded rings. Stainless-steel mouthpiece with a copper roller and copper inlay for salivation.
  • Full Cheek with Hooks: Designed to be used with bit keepers (not included) to hold the bit in the correct position. The posts prevent the bit from sliding through the mouth while applying cheek pressure. The ring has a fixed attachment of the mouthpiece, as well as slots or “hooks” at the top and bottom for bridle and rein attachment.
  • Hooks: Versatile design allows the rider to transition from direct to indirect rein action without changing the bit. Attaching the headstall to the top hook holds the bit in the correct position, while attaching the reins to the rein hooks allows the rider to lift the cheek and use the ISM of the mouthpiece.
  • Comfort Snaffle with Copper Roller (MB 03): Alternative to a classic three-piece. Similar to the 02, but with a copper roller in the center to engage the horse. Rotates and applies pressure on the tongue. The curved shape wraps around the bars and lips to prevent pinching and the center barrel creates kinder pressure distribution.
  • Independent Side Movement: Each side of the bit can move on its own meaning more control and clearer communication between you and your horse.
