    Description

The ThinLine Flexible Filly is an innovative, slow-feed grazing muzzle that won't restrict your horse's natural behavior, unlike more rigid, cage-like options. By limiting grazing ability, this muzzle helps to slow down speedy eaters and horses with laminitis and insulin resistance, while also correcting minor cribbing problems, and preventing horses from chewing on leg wraps, wood, or blankets. The Flexible Filly has a 2.5 cm hole that may be easily altered to a desired size to suit your horse's needs. Made of a resin-based Polyether Urethane film that is flexible, light-weight, and durable, the Flexible Filly is fungal, mold, and UV resistant, easy on equine teeth and lips, and safe, even if ingested. It is rated to break just before your turnout halter, and may be used with any halter, just order according to your horses halter size.

    Key Benefits

    • Let your horse be a horse: Won't restrict natural behavior, social activities, or playful interactions like wither scratching, resulting in social and emotional health.
    • Slow-feed grazing muzzle: Limits grazing, slows down speedy eaters and horses with laminitis and insulin resistance, prevents cribbing and chewing.
    • Durable and flexible: Resin-based Polyether Urethane film is durable yet soft and flexible. Fungal, mold, and UV resistant, easy on equine teeth and lips, and safe. Will break away just before a turnout halter.
    • Use with any halter: Just order according to your horses halter size.
    • Adjustable restricted grazing: Has a 2.5 cm hole that may be cut with scissors to desired size. Typical grazing hole size is about 3cm, and Veterinarians recommend a 2 to 2.5cm for restricted grazing.
    • Easy-to-clean: When dirty or discolored, place it in a bucket with bleach and dish soap. Let it soak a few hours then scrub with a stiff brush.
    • Note on use: If your horse attempts to eat out of the sides, you might need to enlarge the hole, or adjust the muzzle's position on the halter.
